Demolition of existing buildings, consolidation of plots and construction of a 15-storey tower on the ground floor with a lower-level and 4 basement levels, and an 8-storey building. Both buildings combined are composed of 84 apartments, 3 retail units, a crèche and 168 parking spaces.
Works carried out for all building trades and under a Real Estate Development Contract on behalf of the Prince’s Government.
